Mally has more than a decade's experience in the maritime industry both at sea and ashore in a multitude of roles. Her passion and knowledge about maritime matters is key to SOTA's success.

Captain Mbokazi has been active in various roles in the maritime industry. She has worked as Chief Officer and Master in the offshore industry throughout Africa while working for some of the biggest oil and offshore companies that exist. She is also the founder of Marine Crew Welfare that aims to promote seafarer wellbeing.  Additionally, Makhosi serves as Vice President of Maritime Industry Development Task Force Network.
